NEW KITCHEN INSPIRATION

God mandag aften – kram

//As I have written in a previous post, Frederik and I have bought a new apartment together in Frederiksberg, which we will move into in the spring of 2020. We are very much looking forward, as we have now got a base for the next 3 -5 years.

We moved into our current apartment in Frederiksberg together 3 years ago after Frederik had lived in London, and we had lived together in Stockholm for 6 months in connection with my study internship. Since then, we have become more and more in love with the area, and all that Frederiksberg has to offer. It is absolutely perfect for us and our needs as we both like to live centrally but do not want to live in the middle of the pedestrian zone. It is like a cozy town in the city, where we have Frederiksberg garden, a nice cafe environment, our school and metro within 50 meters.

Therefore, we decided this summer to look for a larger apartment in the same area. After some time searching and in the middle of a crazy COVID-19 housing market situation, we found an apartment 150-200 meters away from where we live now. The new apartment is what we have been dreaming about and it is almost ready to move into. The biggest change will be that we want to connect the hallway and the kitchen together, so we get a kind of kitchen-dining room. therefore topple a small wall and insert a new kitchen. Both Frederik and I have therefore gone in search of kitchen inspiration. Frederik has fallen in love with dark wooden kitchens, and after he has sent me some pictures, I have to agree with him. I have therefore been in the process of the big Pinterest search to see what is possible within reason.

I look forward to keeping you updated on our kitchen project and not least to see where we end up.

Finally, write your ‘must have’, tips and ideas for a kitchen.

Good Monday night – hugs
